Probably the worst pizza place I've ever done business with. I gave this location 3 opportunities and all of them let me beyond down. The staff can't even begin to pretend they care about their jobs. I ordered for pickup and waited in front of the register for over almost 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, then waited another 20 for my pizza to be done. Pizza was never done at the estimated time. I even gave them an extra 10 minutes before leaving for pickup, still not ready. Customer service is really nonexistent here. It's absolutely worth driving to a further location if you really want Pizza Hut. Otherwise I'd highly recommend the Papa John's in Lakeside. They're delivery is quick and accurate and they're customer service is great. I wonder how this Pizza Hut is even still open.

I'm absolutely blown away by how HORRIBLE this place is. My fiance drives for another pizza place, and he can't even believe how horrible they are. I tend to be very forgiving when it comes to low-brow type jobs because the work is far more stressful than anyone can comprehend without living it. That being said, I have given this place 2 chances at being decent. Not stellar, not amazing, just okay, and they have dropped the ball so fabulously that I'm stunned. I placed an order the first time at 7pm and was told when I asked where my order was that it was estimated to be over TWO HOURS. I thought perhaps there was something wrong the first time, and stupidly placed an order a second time. I did so at 8:30. This time I was told the pizza would arrive at 10pm - a ridiculous amount of time to wait, but at least they told me and I wasn't starving yet. At 10:30, my food still hadn't arrived. I called the store, and was told my food was being made right then. BEING MADE. I asked for a manager, and she was the most uncaring person I had ever spoken to. She sounded dead inside, didn't care at all that my food was being MADE two hours after I ordered it, and offered only "we have no drivers" as an explanation. Mind you, this order was placed on a Saturday. How do you have no drivers on a Saturday? I said I could have picked my food up by now, eaten it, and been in bed, and the manager said oh, do you want to come pick it up then? No. Not what I said. All in all, this is a horrible pizza place. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I would. Ridiculous.

Don't waste your time and money at this store. The service is horrible and very unprofessional. I live in walking distance from this store but I will drive by this place now and get a pizza from another place.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in Richmond. They tell you to hold on as soon as they pick up the phone. Then, keep you holding on for long periods of time, as well as being rude to customers. Pizza Hut needs to hire people with better people skills.

Don't waste your time or money at this location! 2+ hour delivery time or either no delivery at all the next day. The customer service is also awful.
