I had to replace a break light bulb and a mounting light for my car. I am very happy with the service I received at the place (all personnel I spoke to were polite and efficient) and the time I had to wait was reasonable (the man alerted me that it would take about 2 hours, but it took less). I will come again and I recommend this place. Thank you!

Had emergency - vehicle would not start.  Towed to this site, took them 10 minutes to find the problem and another 10 to tell me the cost.  They quoted me over thousand dollars worth of work and would take 4 hours minimum to complete.  Left vehicle, less than two hours later they call and its fixed, but the bill did not go down. I got the vehicle and observed that items they said they had to do had not been done, they wanted to charge me an extra $99.00 just to tell me what the problem was; that is unheard of, especially since they did the work.  A reputable company rolls that cost into the job as incentive to get you to have them do the work.  Less I regress, well because I am between a rock and a hard spot and from out of town, I have them do the work.  After some haggling I got them to drop the $99.00 research and development fee.  I researched the repairs on site because I felt they was excessive pricing on Firestone's part; low a behold, I find that if I could have had the vehicle towed (at my cost) to a certified Ford Dealership and had them do the work in half the time and at - here's the good one - more than half the cost.

Bottom line - run - don't walk away from this facility, unfortunately they have the highest rating in the Memphis area which I wonder just how bad Firestone is at the other locations, I have used Firestone for years for all my repairs - till now. Stick it to me once - shame on you - but you don't get a second chance with me.

Been here only once but was very impressed by their customer service. Would use them again for a wheel alignment. The lady behind the counter went out of her way to take care of her customers. This lady was so impressive that I would definitely use this place again. She said I would do my best and she did. Amazing!

Amazing staff! Friendly, intelligent, helpful. Able to solve problems & calmly handle difficult situations. Accommodating beyond the realm of actual job duty. Incredible!

My sister shipped a car to me from North Dakota. It had a dead battery, 4 flat tires & had been inhabited by a mouse while being stored in a barn for the last 18 months. 

Not only did the staff tolerate speaking to my sister & myself repeatedly able the situation, the guy that helps us stayed after closing hours to receive the car from us. He was thorough in the repairs & maintenance of the vehicle, as well as telling me precisely what he had done. He made sure everything was in order. I had no worries whatsoever.

I have stopped at Firestone at two different locations in an emergency situations and both were unwilling to help.    One was at poplar and highland and the other was at Park and mendenhall.   I will never go to another Firestone store    I have bought a set of tires for both of my vehicles from gateway since then and have been treated like I was their only customer.   I know Firestone doesn't need my business and evidently doesn't want my business.  I prefer to go to someone that does want it.   When you have a flat on Friday afternoon right next to a Firestone store and they tell you it will be the next day before they can even look at it then I'm done with Firestone
