I have been in Memphis for 20plus years I have driven by a lot and wondering what kind of shop? Then I stopped and took one of my vehicles. I had taken to several places before such as named brand!! Doug’s gave me a direct answer on my truck and a honest one. That in itself was worth the try.  Since I have taken it back for another problem and recommend 3 others off my job all of whom are and we’re very pleased!!!!!! I would recommend extremely highly Price and Honest work 😁😁😁💯💯

Doug and his staff do great work at an honest price! I would say he's one of my favorite mechanics in town and would highly recommend him to anyone I know in need of a mechanic as a friend! Thanks Doug!

Doug's Automotive is hands down the best place in the memphis area to get your car repaired. My wife and i have used him many times including when her brand new car was rearended. Doug did an excellent job matching the paint and you can't tell anything ever happened. The service is always fast and the price is always fair!

Honest work at an honest price. I highly recommend Doug. I have known him for years and can say without reservation his integrity and work ethic are top notch.
