Took my car in for wheel barring hub replacement they did an excellent job on my car and for a great price. My car runs smooth the staff is nice and honest all the mechanics  are honest and know what they are doing I found my new shop for car repairs. Thongs is the place if you are looking for a great place for car repairs thongs is the place to go.

The asian woman at the front is rude and stoic. When confronted about damage to my car, she denied it. She knows that she can do this in Memphis and get away with it. If you are in a crunch, they can do the work, just make sure you check your car before and after.

Mr Bui is a TRUE mechanic. I have a 2005 Nissan Altima. One of the hoses or compressor, something in that vicinity started to leak. Memphis has really hot summers so I needed A/C & needed it bad. I took my car to the Nissan dealership twice and the A/C would work a week or two and go out again. All they were doing was changing the hose(s) and then shoot some Freon in it, not truly fixing or finding the root of the problem as they are technicians. Technicians mainly just replace parts versus any real troubleshooting. Someone told me about Mr. Thong so I thought it couldn't hurt to try him out. He totally fixed my A/C! Turns out the A/C compressor was bad and the main source of the leak. He replaced it and there's a 1 year warranty on the part so I'll be able to stay cool next summer in case something happens. His staff (family) were very nice and his prices are reasonable.
