JOE M, MATT K, STANLEY T are great guys i dont have no problems or completes Regarding the customer service  iv been a fire stone customer for more then 8 years and there service has been getting better I know for fact the guys at: VFW park way west Roxbury ma  know there stuff hands down the only place I go to service any of my vehicles. Thanks guys I appreciate your help and services.

Went in for an alignment and balancing, when I picked up my car driver door handle was broken off and car still pulled to one side and front end still shakes at diferentes speeds.  But they still got paid.  Will not go back even to complain.  Oh and the only way I found our about the door handle was when I went to open the door. They dint even bother telling me when I picked up the car.

Wonderful staff they were very honest about the time it would take. Which is appricated as I am always busy so when they said hours I naturally planned on 3 hours and was pleasantly surprised to be called on 2hours and told my car was done!  

The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts was because I asked if there were any coupons and they said no. But I googled firestone coupon and found one that saved me $160 on my break job. 

All in great place just find the coupons your self.

Bad service. They over-tide the bolt on my car and they act they did not do it . Stay way from this place . The management sucks big time .

Not recommended. 
Had them switch my summer tires to winter the previous time (ordered tires thru tirerack). So, thought of give them another try for getting summer tires back on. Bad decision. My wheel set up is staggered wheel width and tire sizes. However, they didn't even check to make sure wider wheel is used for wider tires. I asked if the tires are mounted on the correct sized wheel and the technician said yes but it was not. Had to make another trip to correct the issue. On top of that, they scratched/scraped my wheels. Initially it was a small chip near the hub cap but after they remounted the tires, more paint was chipped off. Now three wheels have paint damage. I guess I have to eat the cost.
Obviously, I'm not going to use them next time.
