This place has got to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used other auto body shops in the past and have never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable. The staff does not communicate with the customer, does not respect the customers time and are honestly rude. I chose this shop solely due to the convenience of having enterprise on site, however this would not be enough for me to come back here. There was supplemental damage found to my car which was not communicated to me in a way that it should have been which is extremely frustrating. I was never given a clear estimate of when my car would be ready to be picked up, and after a month I suddenly received a phone call saying it was ready and to come pick it up. With the lack of notice I was not able to go that day and had to rearrange my work schedule in order to accommodate their hours the next day. When I arrived I was literally asked for payment and then told my car was outside. No one showed me the work that they did, made sure I was satisfied or even really acknowledged me presence. So basically unless you can be without your car for a very long time and don't care about how you are treated I do not recommend prime collision. Go to Jamaica Plain auto body, you will be guaranteed to have a much better experience.

Sadly I had a terrible experience with Prime Collision. I brought my Audi in for repair at 8:30am on a Monday. They told me two days. So I figured even if it was 3 days it'd be the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  Insurance was not involved and I paid out of pocket for repair and rental. I could have taken a car to use from my husband's dealership but I figured 2 days @ $35 a day was okay so as not to inconvenience him.  I never heard from anyone til I called at 4pm on Friday - 5 FULL days later.  Then I kept getting put on hold - sent to various people's voicemail - and getting disconnected.  I called back 3 times and was told a manager would call me back.  Finally at 5, a young lady called and miraculously my car was ready. I wonder if I hadn't called if they would have reached out to me.  I think not and 3 more days of rental fees would have been added to my tab.  Yay me!! I contacted them thru their website a week ago and am still waiting for a reply.  I'll think twice about bringing my car back to them. I get the message they're sending loud and clear!

Everyone here is wonderful, from the receptionist who greets you with a smile when you walk in, to the advisors who make your vehicle a priority. When i dropped off my vehicle, my advisor and i did a walk around and write up of the vehicle. He noted the dents and knicks in the paint, and inquired if i would like an estimate to fix while my vehicle was there. After the write up, i was brought to the enterprise desk and picked up my rental vehicle.  Due to the availability of the parts needed to repair my vehicle, i recieved my vehicle within a few days of dropping my vehicle off. My advisor kept me updated, and the vehicle was clean upon return and looked like new ! I am extremely satisfied with their work and their customer service.

Excellent customer service provided by Dominga, Derrick, Shane, and everyone that I had come in contact with.  The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and, the team met and exceeded my expectations!  Great Job!  I highly recommend Prime Collision Center to anyone that is in need of repair.

Amazing work they did on my kia. My car was still driveable so they ordered the fender part came in super quick job was done 3 days ahead of what I thought. The painter did an amazing job. Had such a wonderful time dealing with this auto body shop. Will highly recommend to others.
