Atrocious customer service, from the service writer to the service manager, to the general store manager. If you are attempting to use your lifetime warranty on brakes or tire rotations, alignments or a bad battery, you will most definitely receive the worst possible customer service. But, if you are coming there to spend Hundreds or Thousands of Dollars for Service related Repairs, Purchase New Tires, Etc. Etc., then they'll be your best friend, with a smile on their faces. I am more than disappointed to say the least. We have been a customer for more than 15 years with the Firestone Corporation. This is no way to treat a customer, and this is why I love shopping at Costco, because they always treat you wonderfully when you purchase something, as well as when you return something or have an issue with something. That is the way a businesses is suppose to treat their valued customers. I deserve far more than an simple apology for the total lack of disrespect my mother and I received from this place of business. I am ashamed that any business could treat a customer so shamefully, and think they have done nothing wrong, and believe that they are doing you a favor. Well let the truth be told, consumers have hundreds of other places to go to for Service Repairs. I want everybody to know about my experience. There is so much more to say, but I'm exhausted over the entire experience. I wish everyone who reads this a very Happy and Healthy New Year. God Bless America and the World...

Special ordered a set of four Bridgestone potenzas for my BMW 328i. Unfortunately the tires rubbed due to the rims I had on the car. Firestone's return policy is great though. Since they installed them, I was able to return them and get a full refund. Didn't even have to pay for labor. Just be sure to go online or call to set an appointment before you arrive because otherwise you could end up having a long wait. Also, if you call it will guarantee that your tires are at the establishment ahead of time making your visit painless. Thank you Firestone.

Do your homework before choosing Firestone Auto. I've asked them to quote me on two different issues before -- a catalytic converter and window motor replacement. For the catalytic converter, I was quoted $665. Two different exhaust shops quoted me priced under $400 (parts + labor). Additionally, they quoted me a window motor before for $600. Just looking at google, the window motor runs for $100 or less. I never had an additional quote done for the window motor by another mechanic, but I'm certain that removing the door panel and swapping the motors does not equate to $500 in labor. Please, window shop at other mechanics and see what they will quoted you. Don't let them scam you into ridiculous prices.

I will never take another car here again.  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.  I work on cars a little and understand some basic maintenance.  I'm a novice.  To save time and money one day I took an older car to Firestone because I had one of the promotional $19.99 oil change coupons.  They told me they would also do a check up.  I was fine with that.  I declined the $350+ recommendation to replace my radiator hoses that were "old" (not leaking and still work fine 20k miles later).  No problem.  I picked up the car, everything was fine.  The next time, I decided I would just change the oil myself.  Whoever worked on my car at Firestone stripped my oil pan when they put the drain plug back in.  Since there is no way to prove that they did this since I decided to change the oil myself and had already removed the plug since the last change, I decided not to bother with it.  Had to get a new oil gasket and pan.  Ended up paying $300 somewhere else to do it.  Thanks.
