While having my car serviced today I wonder why I haven't posted a review sooner. I have been a customer of Kirkwood Auto for years.  I am always satisfied with the care and service I receive.  I feel the staff is genuine and trustworthy.  I noticed each person that arrived was treated with such great care and the technicians take the time to explain services and recommendations in detail while patiently answering guests questions and addressing their concerns. This quality of service is appreciated.  The waiting area is always kept clean. Plenty of seating, a television, water cooler and I believe coffee and tea. I have always referred anyone looking for car care needs to Kirkwood Auto.

Spacious, comfortable waiting area including a separate "work space" for people needing to keep in touch with their office. Courteous, professional staff who explained everything up front and at delivery. Competitive prices for my new tires (I shopped around), great post-sales service, accurate estimation of time-to-completion. If you have to take time out of your day to have work done on your car, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to do it.

I found it to be very easy to book an appointment on-line and get a cost estimate before confirming my appointment. I arrived at the center on time, they immediately took my car in for service while I waited in the comfortable, clean and inviting customer awaiting area. Service desk personnel was very respectful. also. I felt like I had received the quality of service I expected as I walked out the Kirkwood Center. Will definitely return for all my future service needs.

Took my car in for a simple alignment, upon completion I was told the tie rods were fully maxed out to get the car's toe back in factory specs. Furthermore, I was told my power steering rack was bent and would need to be replaced in the near future (a $2,500 job). I immediately took my car to two larger shops and was told a few things...1. the alignment was done incorrectly, 2. the tie rods were not maxed out on adjusments, and 3. my power steering rack was most definitely not bent. In conclusion, Kirkwood Auto Center can't be trusted to do an honest job when it comes to car maintenance. I would not recommend this criminal business to anyone. I would have given 0 stars if that were a possibility.

Courteous professional service.  Polite Customer Service Technicians.  Comfortable waiting area. They explained charges and work done in detail.  The applied all available discounts.  It's been a week or so since my car was serviced, and all is well.
