These guys are always great to deal with. They may not be the cheapest place in town but their customer service is great....they've always treated me well and have always been able to get me in the same day. I will always go there before going to the other tire shops... I recommend this place.

Not good service, i dropped my car off for and oil change around 9:40am and told them that i was picking it up at 4pm and when i went by 4:15 the car wasnt ready then i had to wait for another hour and 15 minutes by the time my car was done. Its been more that twice that i been having problems with them, so i havent been taking my car to them as much, the only good thing is the i live close by.

Worst service ever. "Jason" the "manager" is totally incompetent to do is job. I was told to come in right away to get a flat tire fixed towards the end of the day. I go to the store, after I drove 10 mins on a flat, to be told they can't service me anymore because they took someone else in. Absolutely absurd! Save your time and breath with these idiots and go to the Firestone in Seekonk. The service is exceptional there.

My god! Careful! Told me " Well your purge solenoid didnt LOOK right" 300+$💸💸   went back 2 days later when the check engine light came back on. They didnt seem to know what was happening at all. Jason 👀
Took my vehicle elsewhere. Turns out it was the fuel tank pressure system. Wasnt even a big deal.They didnt mean to f**k up im sure but they did and they took my money in the process for something that didnt even need to be fixed.  They are lost.never again at this Fall River location thats for sure. The manager tried to help after the milk was spilled but he was rude as hell lol. ✌
