My daughter's car was repaired on a Friday and encountered a problem the next morning. She had to drive back to college in CT that Sunday. We left a message at the shop Saturday morning, off hours, and Patrick called us back and went to the shop that afternoon to assess the vehicle and correct the problem. My daughter was able to drive back to school without concern. Piece of mind is everythng! Thanks Patrick for going above and beyond to ensure the car was evaluated and safe to drive!

Big Shout out to Grove St. Auto Repair. After being told I had to bring my car to the dealer to have a code reset, being charged for work that they "performed" and a list of what else I needed repaired  I brought it to Grove St. for their opinion. I'm so glad I did, not only did they fix what needed to be fixed they told me they didn't think the dealer did what they had charged me for. They gave me the part they replaced and explained what they had done. I went back to the dealer armed with the replaced part and specific questions regarding the work they had "performed" which they couldn't answer. I got a full refund!                                                            
Grove St. is an honest, family run business. They don't try and sell you services/repairs that you don't need.I wouldn't bring my car anywhere  else.

After multiple bad experiences my sister was quoted 200 to have some tires mounted and balanced. If you like getting boned this is the shop for you.

It's tough to find a mechanic to fully trust, but that is exactly what happened with Grove Street.  Their pricing is very reasonable and fair, and I never feel like I am "upsold" on any product.  They do the work they say they will and they do it well.  The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I have had nothing but good experiences there.  I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good mechanic.
