I asked a friend where he bought his tires. He said at Firestone on Chain Bridge Road in McLean. I am sure glad he suggested them. Bill and his people go the extra mile in customer service and offer a great value. 

I recently had a screw embedded in a tire. They told me since AAA had plugged the tire and neglected to tell me to take the tire in immediately it would likely not last. Sure enough, I had to replace the tire. Bill treated me very well and I went ahead and replaced the full set of tires. That was a good choice and I received a great price for the new tires. 

I will always buy my tires at Firestone McLean and will refer my friends to them, too. They provide great service and you can have a "peace of mind" knowing that they have been honest and provided you the best possible service.

They are much better for auto repair than anyone other auto repair centers around. They are quite helpful professionally rather than just asking to do this and that like other places ask you need to do this, this is almost bad and so on. The store manager is quite helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful with diagnosing the problem with our vehicle. Chris, the lead mechanic is very knowledgeable and spent the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use them as my shop!!!

If you have a time commitment, do not come to this place. Only make appointments. I was told at 10am that it would only take an hour and a half to put new tires onto my car. However, it ended up taking more than 4 hours. 
I originally told the front associate that I would need two different types of tires (front and back). The associate checked my car twice and said that I didn't need two different kinds--only one. 
After my car had been suspended in the air for 40 minutes, the associate came up to me and apologized for not realizing that I was right. She said the correct tires would not arrive until 12pm. At this point, I was unable to drive the car off the lot because they had taken important parts off the car. 
At 1245, the tires still had not arrived and at that point, was told that the car would still take more than an hour to finish. 
I strongly believe the fact that I am a woman played into why I was not taken seriously the first time.

We have had great luck here. They are honest and well priced. The mechanics and office staff are very nice, and they are efficient!
