Came to purchase a used vehicle and met with Mr. Zybala. Had a check from the credit union, unfortunately needed to add more money. Came up with a price together. Called him the next day with the additional cash to come in a finish the sale after work. He suddenly had a memory lapse. Price he gave me the night before changed and basically argued with me about what he said the night before though he was NOT in the office for the day and had no paperwork of the numbers he gave while I had what I wrote down.  NO EFFORT to make a sell. But to my luck, I found a model one year older, lower mile, top trim of its class. So thank you Mr. Zybala for not honoring your price. Saved me a little over $2000.

I went in to test drive the Alfa Romeo Giulia, and had a scheduled appointment for 6pm. Erik provided me with a complete overview of the car, and took care in selecting the car that i wanted to test drive. He is well versed not only with his own product but also the competition. During the test drive, he let me drive in any way (albeit responsible) that I wanted to. No pressure to 'sell', and is very personable. I definitely recommend coming to Safford and meeting Eric for your italian needs!! I'll definitely be back to Safford when I am in the market for a giulia

Stopped in to test drive and possibly purchase a Ford Expedition. At first we thought the dealership was closed. No one outside, limited number of cars. No one was in the office so we walked into the showroom. No one acknowledged us and the greeter seated at the desk was busy on her cell phone, never once looked up as we enter or exited. Couldn't tell who was an employee or who was a customer.   Disappointed, really liked car.

Did not have a good experience with this dealership. Went in to look at a used car, salesman was friendly and polite. While negotiating the deal, manager would not honor the price certificate i had from my credit union. As a part of the credit union car buying service, the dealer has to honor the price certificate, but they just refused. I 'm glad that I walked out of there without buying the car. Wonder how the after sales service would have been..not too great looking at the other reviews!
