Overall, the entire process was pretty smooth and they did a nice job on repairing my car.  They were good about keeping me in the loop with the progress.  What I think needs some improvement is communication.  There was confusion in the VM messages and email communication as to when my car would be ready.  When I called, the gal at the front desk said she would check and get back to me by a certain time.  I never received a call from her.  I had to do my part keeping on top of them.

Excellent customer service by every associate encounter. Super fast service too! Thanks for a great experience despite our car accident which caused us to bring the car to the collision center. They eased the process of having to say goodby to our totaled car.

They got me in and out pretty quickly after I had an accident. Their service to text you when things change was also helpful.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and quality of the repairs made to my car.  My service rep Jamie provided an accurate detailed estimate within one hour of looking at the car and then kept me informed of the replacement parts order, and then every step of the process of repair.  Thank you very much to Jamie and manager Kevin for an excellent experience.  I would highly recommend Caliber Collission.
