I came in for a VA state inspection and the service was relatively quick. This is located with the Gas station and although they were pretty busy they were able to get me in & out within an hour. My vehicle needed a repair that I understood would pop up during the inspection and was prepared to have them repair it since I was working in the area that week.

 The reason for the poor rating is I was quoted a ridiculous price for a service that was NOT even needed at all.  Supposed tire rod repair and headlight adjustment was listed. And when I took it to two (2) other shops, including my regular mechanic I was told there is nothing wrong with it and that this Inspector may have just added it so they can charge for it.

This is located in affluent area where people may not care for prices but the fact that they are taking advantage of people is just wrong.

I was refereed here a couple months back and have been coming back ever since. They are quick to assist with any problems that you may have and their customer service is awesome! I am not one to write a review, but  Schmitz Service deserves it as I am very pleased and will keep referring people here.

Saturday morning, 6 hours from home with a broken down Chevy Avalanche...  looking at reviews from various auto repair shops in the area & I can attest the near perfect reviews on Schmitz is well deserved.  Jeremy's customer service was top notch, keeping me up to date on the progress of the repairs as we left the truck at the garage while we toured Washington.  Reasonable repair rates even after choosing to use dealer OEM parts.
