Out of town in Sandusky and needed car looked at with almost no notice on a Sunday.

Everyone was very nice, professional and thorough. Got the car in and out at very reasonable price. Fixed tire instead of trying to sell new one.

Noticed they treated everyone the same. Multiple women and elderly came in and they were treated well.

Definitely will go here again if in the area and need auto work done.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment only. Got my car back the next day. Now keep in mind it's 5 speed Diesel engine car. It's got a lot of work done to the engine. Car drove like a top. Drove it to Virginia West Virginia Pennsylvania no problem. I get it back and all of a sudden my shift pattern is completely off and my linkage needs readjusted all there "35 year master mechanic" could say is I don't have an answer. As long as I'm driving I'll never take anything back to them along with my family. Stay away from them support local businesses not coporate

Alex is the man with the plan I was a customer from a far away place and he helped me find my tire and was able to replace it before I left he was very helpful and I would go back to him every time

My boyfriend and I were taking a trip to Ohio to go to hallo weekends last fall, and we ran over a large object in the middle of the road. We took our car to Firestone and they informed us that we cracked our transmission pan. The guys at the front desk were very helpful! They diagnosed the car correctly and told us it would be ready the next day (that's when the part would be there). We are from Michigan and we told them that we desperately needed the car fixed and asked if there was any way we could have it fixed that day so we could get back home. One of the gentleman called numerous places looking for the part. They did everything they could to help us! Not only did they have it fixed that day, but our car was ready in a matter of a couple hours!! I was so impressed by their willingness to help us and the fact that they actually cared. I really wish they were located in Michigan. I would highly recommend them!!!
