I have taken my vehicles to Firestone, mainly for tires. This Firestone in particular is great. The staff is transparent, helpful, and strive to provide great service. My wife and I recently took our vehicle in for a tire issue and the staff went beyond my expectations to ensure we had the right tire and were upfront with what we could expect in terms of time and cost. I appreciate the effort and can honestly say that I will exclusively use this Firestone moving forward. Sal the Manager is a great guy and seems to maintain a positive culture, which is not something I have perceived at other auto care facilities.

Excellent and professional staff. Always willing to work with you in terms of time and has very competitive prices compared to anywhere else nearby. I highly recommend them.

They have the best price for mounting and balancing a carry-in new tire into a rim- like $13. Most shops charge $20 or more. However they won't perform this if you bring in a used tire for liability reasons.

No stars for this place if I could. I brought my work truck in to get (4) new tires which by the way cost $633.00. Dropped off the vehicle and was told it would be done in 2 hours. I called to check if they were done, 3 hours later and I was told they were about to bring it in within the next 20 minutes. I know they can get behind, but what I didn't like is that I didn't get notified and I was already at a disadvantage by not having my work van, so I told them that I was on my way to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived the attitude was "SORRY BOUT THAT" just like who cares it's only $600.00. I guess they don't care about my business so in turn I don't care about there's. How bout that!!!

Crooks, simple tire repair turned into me buying new tire, basically replacing a new tire for a new tire.
This locations sucks ass, better service at Goodyear, I knew I should have went there.
You can tell these guys are not rocket scientists real quickly.
