Just wanted to say Thanks for the young man that went out of his way in Highland, MI to change my Tire! I really did appreciate the company taking its time to come an hour away to help me with a simple tire!

Ryan V. the service man that was sent out from Troy Auto Transportation was wonderful!  He was quick, clean and courteous.  He called me when he was 5 minutes away and also when he arrived, he told me that I could wait inside while he changed the tire and would let me know when he was done.  He put everything back in my car the way he found it and left the flat tire with easy access so I could have it fixed.

And the supervisor from Troy Auto called me an hour later to make sure I was satisfied.

Way to go on contracting a great service team...thank you!!!

Jordan came to get my car out of a tough spot - the wheel was over a cement barrier for a driveway culvert. He was very calm, friendly, and careful, and worked hard to get my car out of a tough spot with no damage - even at 11pm! Great work, thank you!

WOW!!!!  I am in a service industry as well and today I was WOWED by the service that was extended to me! 

The whole team from the front desk gal to the shop guys everyone was forthright and courteous in every step of the process in getting my 2000 GMC repaired and in a timely manner.

The tow truck driver was also very exceptional!!!

Being from far away and from out of town it’s always scary if your vehicle breaks down and needs service I was NOT ripped off and was given an extremely fair price in which they probably could have gauged me and took me for more!!!

These guys I would highly recommed!!!
