I took my car (Cadillac) here because I thought I needed a fuel pump.  The technicians were knowledgeable enough to know I didn't need a fuel pump and found the problem was something much cheaper and simpler.  They could have easily got over on me but they didn't and I appreciated that as a woman.  Nate made sure I was happy and satisfied with my service.  The service was top notch from the beginning to end.  One of the service guys told me they treat their customers like family and I believe him.  I've have always  heard great things about this place and I have even used them a couple times for my daughter's car but never for my car.  I am sold on the quality of service and professionalism.  I will definitely return!!

Excellent experience. Nate explained all work to be done before hand and was honest and you could not beat the price. Excellent work and overall a very friendly staff. Even gave a follow up call to see how my ride was. That never happened to me before. Great Place.

I did wait for such a long time, I was told that I need to wait to get it done and agreed on that and since it is first come first serve, you do not need to complain but the wait was a bit too much BUT they did have a busy day and had a lot of things going on on that day, I really liked how nice and professional the nice lady at the front desk, she apologized and tried to help with everything she can. I would recommend this place to a friend but since no need for appointments , be ready for a bit of waiting.

The prices are fair, customer service is awesome. I always recommend everyone to get further cars fixed at auto tech. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I have never felt scammed or over charged. Keep up the good work!!!

Top notch and professional service! Nate did a amazing job getting me in and out fast at a very low great price. This shop is the best, I've felt very comfortable and A1 class during my visit. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!
