I had to bring my youngest son with me to have Firestone replace my back tires without an appointment. They where amazing not only did they have a little kids table but they also had a toy container too! We where there for a little over a hour and I will highly recommend them to any of my friends whom are having car trouble!

A couple weeks ago I came in for an oil change w/o an appointment, Anthony let me know they were booked full that day but that I could set an appointment online ! Today was the day of said appointment. I got a tire rotation along with an oil change . Scott greeted me when I came in and took my car into the garage . He said it would be a 45 minute wait. Both him and Anthony are incredibly nice people ! I have never felt more comfortable going to a mechanic to get repairs done on my car. Anthony called me over when my car was finished & showed me the courtesy checks they had done. I shook his hand and he told me to take care . Excellent service ! The only place I want to take my car to now :) -- Edit: I forgot to add that the oil change was very cheap ! And that they also included a coupon to save money on the synthetic oil we picked out.

Have been there a couple of times. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great deal on tires.
