Great place they gave me a ride home and offered to drop the car off at my job the next day. I really appreciate the service. Highly recommend the one on Bast on Rd.

Had an issue with my automotive repair bill and the problem was resolved quickly.  Matt was a huge help when he understood what my concerns were.  I have been a long time customer and think their work is outstanding.  I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with me in resolving this matter in a positive way.

These guys are beyond amazing ! They made my life so much easier a couple weeks ago when my tire went flat from a screw at work, they had it fixed before I was even off! They were total life savers and super big sweethearts! Thank you for everything guys ! My little Santa Fe really appreciates y’all fixing her shoe! Haha

I went there 4  a problem with my car and an estimate to fix it. My problem is that I wasn't told there was an estimation fee of $105. However it was added into the repair. I didn't have to pay it if they did the work.
Butler picked up my car and repaired and returned 2 me. Excellent service

As a hard working blue collar, business owner in Columbia County. My husband work very hard for all our customers, in a manner lost to most. With old school values, taking pride in a job no matter how small. Understanding that a customer for life out weighs that $$$. So the exact details of our experience with Butler Automotive aren't discussed for professional reasons. I will express complete gratitude to Thomas and Eddie for their customer service and concern to not only listen to my greivenance and go above and beyond for my family. There are not words to describe how truly appreciated your company is to  us. Certainly to have some the best work ethics I've ever encountered. With a most heartfelt thank you.
