Great Customer service by Felix and his Technician Domingo. I got to the store at 6:59pm when they close at 7pm. They still took me in and helped me all though they stayed an hour after closing time. These guys provided me with great car and customer service and I am very appreciative for their performance. If I could give them 500 stars I would just because I was very pleased and impressed by them staying extra time after hours just to help me. Keep up the great work guys. Highly recommend this location.

What a joke this place is, been there a few times to have something done and everytime I get “we don’t do that”. Seriously? What kind of nationwide mechanic shop can’t mount and dismount a 22” rim? Crazy enough the gas station across the street did it for me with ease. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I’d say YouTube it and learn yourself and you’ll be better qualified then this firestone. If I had more then two thumbs, I’d put them down as well. What a joke this place is.

Stay away from them!!! Worst place I've ever seen. Not costumer but crudely profit oriented by using dirty sales tactics.  Put me on hold with 2 hours of paraphernalia for a simple flat tire just with the intention to sell me 2 new tires. I made the patching in a small but honest business around the corner in just 5 min and for a fraction of the price.

I just moved to Miami from Tennessee a couple of months ago and went to this location on a recommendation from a friend. It has not been an easy transition both culturally (non-hispanic), as well as adapting to the city its self, so finding reliable car service was a concern of mine. Oscar and his team have been great, they've made me feel like I've been a long time customer, taking care of my car service needs quickly and with no issue.

I'm very appreciative of them for really caring about their customers.

Given a high priced $$$ repair estimate. After refusing, was given a second $$ estimate. Seems that wheeling and dealing is the common practice here. Unpleasant experience. Stay away.
