The staff is great. They're helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going there for years to do oil changes, breaks and tires.

I drove in last night on flat tire at 6:55 I knew they closed at 7:00pm but I had no spare tire and needed to make it home. KEVIN the Manager was closing the store when I walked in. I told him I had a  flat tire and thought he would just send me away like firestone did 10 minutes before. however  to my surprise he welcomed me in took my Keys and drove me car into the shop. Pulled my tire himself fixed it and handed me back my keys. 

I was at a loss for words good Honest people still exist in this world. I asked him how much to I owe and he said NOTHING the service today is free. Thank you KEVIN you rock

The worse managment ever seen. They said will call you regarding an specific tire brand for you to replace and they never did it. I called but never followed up my request.

Came to this location because I thought my alignment was off I told the guy the front desk kevin  that I wanted an alignment. I explained to him that that 60 miles an hour I would  feel a  vibration. He then explained  to me he thinks the problem that I was an issue with my balance and not my alignment. So payment for alignment would not fix my problem. So I agreed to to the service 45 minutes later my tires where balanced and  problem solved. I go to pay and he told it was no charge. Thank you goodyear for being honest
