I've been a customer to this Auto Zone location for a long time. And, it only takes one bad service to upset a customer and provide a bad review. On 11/13/2017 I was assisted by Associate Alfonso Cruz. Mr. Cruz was not very helpful, proceeded in giving me information but did not lead me to where I can get the product. He's response, "Isle 2" and then come back to help you with the next problem. When I came back he was gone. I had to get an empty cart to bring in a battery. I asked to check the juice on the Battery. He's response, "It will take me a couple of hours - come back at 7:00 or before 9:00 pm at closing, better yet come back tomorrow". He gave me a ticket for the battery. I had my wife come back with the ticket and spoke to the Manager, Rafael. In 15 minutes, Rafael was able to check the battery and was able to provide a new battery. I am not sure why they keep employee's like Mr. Alfonso Cruz working in a customer oriented service business when they are not helpful to customers. I will be coming back, but I will go out of my way to find the Manager or another associate.

Always ten people working but only one in front always, not to mention i called to see if they loan you tools like their commercial says and when I asked guy on the phone said hell no, and then asked what i needed done????? If you go be prepared to wait in line cause theres never enough people out front and the old guys that are there are slow as hell

I always come to this location and always fell welcome but today was even more Emmy gave today a super good customer service and exceeded my espectation.... I hope she is recognize for her super Good customer service!
