Have been taking our family vehicles there for years and had been very happy, but have noticed a decline in service in the last few visits, which coincided with what appeared to be a change in staff. This culminated in our last visit in March of 2017. My wife's vehicle would not start. After jumping the battery, I suggested she take it by Firestone Polaris to have the battery checked and either professionally re-charged or replaced and to get the oil changed as it was due. Imagine my surprise to get a bill for almost $400. Over $100 for an oil change that the Valvoline across the street would perform for less than half that, and over $200 for a battery that sells online for $140. Labor was charged separately for another $60. You are better off going to a specialist for battery and oil changes and going forward, we will be as well.

I took my car in for the AC, an issue with a window, and the fuel filter. I ended up doing none of it there, and taking it somewhere else where I paid less than half their quoted price. They charge $179 for an AC recharge - which costs about $35 to do yourself, and takes 10 minutes at the most. They wanted $170 to change a sway bar link - which, when I took it to another shop, I was told the parts were $5, and labor was $45 as it would take 20 minutes. They then told me they would have to break the casing around my fuel filter to replace it - as it was rusted. Replacing that would be $120. Another shop did the job for $85 in total(Firestone wanted $89 for the fuel filter normally), without breaking anything. The window needed a new regulator, and I already knew this - but they said they had to do an electronics check on the door, purely diagnostic, for $90. Then, if they replaced the part, it was $140. The other shop just listened to my request and replaced the part for $70 total. I was tremendously unhappy, and they sent me a survey in my email. I stated these concerns, and got an email saying a manager would contact me. They never did.

Never go to this place. They can't even diagnose properly. I took my car to AC repair and told them what could be the reason. They just filled the gas and charged hefty amount and it didn't work at all. I went again and they did the same thing. And third time they told some other problem. I feel like I was cheated so badly whenever I go to firestone.

Experience was very timely. Lisa was answering the phone and very polite, and upon arrival very quick and accommodating. Would go back to this store, unlike some different branches.
