Amazing service. Be prepared for your oil change to take a while, but it will be worth it! They truly check everything and rotate your tires for free with the oil change. You get a print out of all recommended services/repairs with no pressure and recommend other places to take your vehicle. SO MUCH BETTER than Jiffylube or other in-and-out oil change shops.

I've been here multiple times for new tires and a new wheel bearing. They definitely know their stuff, the manager is a nice guy and he gives you a fair price. What more can you really ask for? I'd recommend anyone to use their services.

Best mechanic shop I have been to they are honest with everything very professional. The manager Rob is the best so are his workers I have been taking my car to them for the last 3 years and I have never had a problem with their service keep up the good work

My family and I are a little astounded to find the low reviews for this place. Making memory, we've been taking our cars here for over 16 years, and there seems to have been a change in management but, they have always given us honest top notch service. Everybody makes mistakes. What I like about the people and this shop is that they are honest and they will try to make it right to you. We take our vehicles here for the things that go a little beyond the oil change and tire balancing/rotation that we usually take care of at Walmart Tire & Lube, but don't require the attention of a full fledged mechanic shop. Although as of late, Walmart has been slipping and we're considering taking our cars here for ALL our vehicle needs. When a place usually calls before they work on your vehicle it is to tell you of something they found that wasn't part of the initial estimate and it usually means a higher cost. We have received these calls from this Monro location but strangely enough haven't been to sell us additional services, in fact, it's been to tell us that the fix just required a bit of an adjustment because the part just became loose and in no way to incur charges. This to me shows honesty. They are not out to stiff the customer with made up repairs. Once again, the feedback seems somewhat surprising and I can only conclude that they could have started paid attention to their reviews or there was a change of management.
