Terrible. Two people working...one at the counter, who I'm pretty sure was high and one in the back staring at 6 people in line, talking on the phone. Did you ever watch Zootopia and see the sloth working at the DMV...thats exactly what the cashier was like.

The service in this UPS Store is abysmal. I arrived and the store was not busy. One person was being waited on and another person ahead of us. The man at the counter finished with the woman he was working with and took the woman ahead of us. A second young man came from the back. Now there were two young woman behind me about the age of the UPS person. He asked what we each needed. We needed to send two envelopes with three pages in each one, ground. The young woman said she needed fingerprints taken. The young man took her. I asked why she would have been taken ahead of us. No one had an answer, neither the guy at the counter or the man who took the woman behind us. Finally another young man showed up and started to help us. The store then became busy. We had almost finished getting our stuff out, just needed to staple the three pages we were sending together and the man needed to stick them in manila envelopes we had brought with us and slap on their address stickers, and the man helping me said he needed to start the guy behind me with three large packages going different places. We were put on hold and he was now working with him to get his packages out. It was going on a half hour since we had entered the store and our packages were still not ready to go out. I started to call UPS to complain and at that point he finished up our envelopes. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was none in the store, which might explain the poor and incoherent behavior of the service people. I would avoid this store like the plague. Their service people are "doing their thing" and this is really not about the people who pay UPS and expect decent, courteous and orderly service.

Was trying to drop off a pre-paid package this morning at 8:30 that I only needed a receipt for. There was one woman ahead of me waiting, and a woman being waited on. She was mailing 20 envelopes, each of which had to be entered into the computer separately since each was going to a different address. I waited 15 minutes before finally asking if I could just drop off my package and get the receipt (since it was already prepaid), and the employee said I had to ask the customer. I asked her and she said no because she was in "a flow." There was only 1 employee in the store and three customers, one of whom was literally going to take 30-45 minutes. I left. If there is only 1 employee then s/he should kindly tell a customer that s/he is going to pause a customer's extremely time-consuming order to help another customer with a quick drop off or single purchase of an item. To make customers wait 30+ minutes because there isn't any other staff is ridiculous. Why is there only 1 employee scheduled to work at 8:30 on a Monday morning?

Showed up to the store at 8:59am to find a woman waiting ahead of me already at the door. It's now 9:05am (supposed to open at 9:00am) and still the door is locked and appears there is no one inside. This store has to be the worst on the mainline. There is always some sort of issue. This is the last time I will be using this location.
