Called a bunch of places and was told either they were booked, that it would have to be dropped off and or it would be an all day thing. We are a military family just moved to fort Meade from Fort Carson in Colorado, my husband had a busy day ahead of him so i figured I had to bring my daughter along so that way we could finally get our only vehicle inspected and registered ! I called Fort Meade Auto center and Clay scheduled us right away and what I though would be 2-2 1/2 hours waiting turned out to be what felt like less then an hour! He even offered me the remote to put on the Disney channel for my daughter to watch her cartoons while we waited ! Passed inspection with wonderful customer service, very professional, great price and will definitely recommend to friends 👌🏽 There was also a 10% discount ! Thank you Clay and Fort Meade Auto Center for a great experience !

Can't say enough good things about this place.  Quick, competent, competitively priced and all with unbeatable customer service.  I take my 2003 Honda Odyssey here whenever I have any problems.  I'm never worried walking through their doors that I'm going to get hosed. I found this spot when I first moved to the area over ten years ago but finally sat down to take the time to thank them for the great service over the years after my most recent visit.  You won't be able to find a better service center in the Laurel/Columbia/Ft. Meade/Glen Burnie area.

I'd highly recommend this service center to anyone requiring vehicle repair.

They were closing the store.  I had a flat tire. The nice young man went back inside, grabbed the items and fixed my tire.

Excellent! Fair price, started work within 2 minutes of my arrival, went out of their way to get a hard to find part same day, had the car fixed and on the road quickly. If you’re looking for an honest shop in the Laurel Area, this is your place.

This is a great local auto shop, I've trusted many of my vehicles to them and have never been disappointed with the service or price that they offer. Finding an honest auto mechanic is a difficult thing anytime one moves to a new area.  I spent several years looking for one, and believe I finally found them!  They also offer military/DoD discounts.
