I know this is going to sound bad but even if you break down in there lot ask them to tow it next door. They don't know what they are doing. I saw almost everything there looking on YouTube to see how to do brakes. Even to find a filter. Now even the most basic auto program teaches you how to do even the brakes. So if you graduated and still need YouTube for an oil change. Go back to McDonald's.

A huge hustle. Same thing everyone else writes. They tried to sell me 4 new tires when the oldest ones had 20k miles. Also tried to sell me a new axle they just replaced, among other things. I believe the grand total of stuff I needed (after just bringing it in for a oil change) was around 2.4k. I will just buy a new car. Acted like it was a miracle my car even started, well it started just fine this morning. And all the fluids they said I am leaking, well I didnt see anything this morning. I will never go there again and will for sure pass the word around about this place. 

Screw this location and get ready for them to push that credit card down your throat.

SEE UPDATE:  Went in for an oil change. Job was completed within 20 minutes. Drove to work the next day my oil pressure light and check engine light came on. I called and talked to Ryan, asked me to bring it in after work. I bring it in on Thursday night at 6:20 PM they put it on a lift Dennis the tech did not put in my drain plug properly causing it to completely back out and be lost. They told me they had no idea what had happened. All they offered was to change my oil. When I picked up the car the next day not one thing was explained to me or written down. Just too bad so sad. If my car has any malfunctions from it being completely ran out of oil and running lawyers will be involved very shortly. Do not ever come here. NO REFUND NO OFFER of any kind of compensation for the UBER rides to and from ST.pete so I could get to work. You have lost my business forever.

Rick provided more than just excellent customer service. I set an appointment at 8am for 2 Infiniti G37 to have brakes, alignment service done. Had one of the cars done in an hour after I showed up to my missed appointment at 11:30. Other vehicle was going to need new rotors due to sun spots. Showed me the problem with the rotors and explained if not change would wear on the new brake pads faster. Him as well as the technician stayed almost an hour after to ensure the job was completed correctly and I was happy. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Thanks again Rick. - Austin

My girlfriend recommended and I was very happy with citrus park Firestone .  Treated very nice and professional by front desk and service great.  This is my new go to!  Will recommend to everyone!
