I prices tires around and the manager (Ed) at this location was very helpful.  I checked prices on-line. When I call him, he said to purchase them on-line because his price was a little higher. He also gave me a toll free number just in case I have problems on the web page.  I called and the man (Rodney) that answered the phone was extremely helpful.  He help me with the entire process.  Then I called to make appointment for Sunday.  When I dropped it off Ed said it would take between 1.5 hrs and 2 hrs.  In 1.25 hrs it was done and I was on my way home.   Great experience today!

Went to this location to replace tires under warranty, not only was the rep inconsistent in explaining the details of my warranty, when asked what could be done to replace my tires, he said "nothing" :/ -He didn't even offer to SELL me tires!!! I work retail so I only leave reviews for horrible and exceptional service, in this case the service was horrible. Be forewarned Sears Auto will do everything to honor warranty on tires, purchase them elsewhere.

I have a appt. at 1pm For a conventional oil change and it take them 4hs..to do it.
It was no cars in the garage, they were just walking around doing nothing,when they so I was mad for being waiting so long they finish the job in 15min. really bad service NEVE AGAIN!!😡😡

It's a joke ,you can make a appointment but they can't keep it. Understaffed don't waste you time . I give them less than a year to be out of business.

Until today, I've been a loyal customer of this shop (about 6 years). In my opinion, the quality of the customer service has greatly decreased since. DO NOT count on confirmed appointments, it will simply not happen. 

This last time around I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and dropped off my vehicle for an alignment. I was informed by the manager on duty that the car should be ready within an hour and a half.  I was back exactly at the time agreed, and to my surprise, the car was parked at the same spot where I had left it, and no service had been performed on the car. 

Once I questioned one of the attendants and requested to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was not available. The funny thing is, as soon as I had entered the shop to pick up my car, I noticed the manager walking out, obviously as an attempt to ignore the fact that the car was not serviced within the time agreed. At this point I requested my keys and left, since it was obvious the game these people were playing.

I consider my self a reasonable person, and I believe honesty goes a long way. If the manager had explained to me from the beginning they were running behind, I would have scheduled another time for service. Again save your money, and specially your time. This shop is not to be trusted. It is a shame the unprofessional stigma that this store brings to the Sears brand. You would think with the issues this multinational company has been dealing for the past decade, they would try to hire competent and reliable staff.
