My brother in law made a reservation for a truck the day before and without notice it was cancelled. They claimed they left a voicemail, but how? My voicemail is not set up! When he called the 1800 number, they resolved everything and told me to pick up a truck near by. I arrive in the store and the customer service was trash. Got here, no greeting. When they unwantingly called me up after a few minutes, they're on their phones. I'm in front of the guy and FIVE minutes after not talking to me he says "sorry server issues" You got to be kidding me.

Worst customer service, they don't explain how the 24 hour works and right in the middle of the storage move in , access got suspended. The GM is the worst person inhuman person. I got engorged trying to get help for nothing, now he wanted me to lose work, not feed my son , and in top of that go to the hospital.

A little disorganized on a weekend morning but the employees are really great. Very clean and big location. Would definitely rent from here again!

Customer service center is horrible and no one ever picks up the phone!!!! I may just move all of my stuff to a different storage place. Everyone needs to be on the same page so you don't pissed off your customers!!!!
