Went there to get an estimate on tires. I was very impressed with the no pressure tactic. The prices are very good. Will be getting mt tires there this week. Very thorough and the options are plenty. The place is very clean. The sales staff listens and do not pressure you to over buy.

My first time in Tire Kingdom and I was very impressed with the customer service and overall look of the shop. I was in and out, tire had a nail in it. I didn't get the gentleman name who was working the front but was very pleased with his prompt acknowledgement as soon as I walked in the doors. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation,they assured me it would be done in an hour and was going to call me when done. FAILED! My tires weren't rotated properly and never received a call. Now I've been a customer with them for 10 years also I'm an electrician that has worked on all of their buildings in the state of Florida. I asked the store manager to show me on the computer the number that he called. That was another fail. He lied out his ass straight to my face. Will never go to that Tire Kingdom again and will bash them at every chance that I get. I'm hoping they actually changed my oil in the 24 hours they had it. I don't know about you but I don't like to be lied to. Especially about my car.

Very quick service. Customer service is above and beyond. Robert Howard let me use his personal truck to pick up a tire from another location to save me time and hassle. I will forever come to this location.

Always have a good experience here, Orlando is great!!! Victor was rude and non responsive to his own employee and he's the manager, not a nice guy. The service on my car was good though.
