Great work and great customer service. I rarely take my vehicles in for service, I would rather save the $$ and do the work myself. But some services I am unable to complete without purchasing major cost tools and software, i.e. Alignment service, tire mounting etc. In those circumstances I wouldn't trust my cars anywhere but this Firestone. Quick, friendly and job done right. They will also explain every step of the procedures on your vehicles.

Words cannot express our gratitude for this Firestone location. Hands down the best and most honest service I have ever come across. Not only do they help take care of our fleet, but they do everything they can with preventative maintenance, and ensure the safety of our drivers and passengers. Champion Shuttle Inc. has had full fleet care from this location for about 3 years now. As the owner of this company, and being female, there are times where I have been in other situations where I know I am being lied to, or potentially being taken advantage of. I have never experienced this with these guys. They go above and beyond to help my business grow, and help me grow as an individual. I can not count how many times they have taken me in the back to have a look myself to know what to look for in the future. I am so incredibly thankful to have Doug, Eric, Sean, Neal, and Pete in my life! Along with the rest of the Olathe Firestone Crew. Thank you guys for all that you do!

I was in town this past weekend visiting family. On the drive up we noticed that something was wrong with our car. We stopped in to have it checked out. The manager went out of his way to make sure we could get it looked at before we had to go home the next day. They diagnosed and fixed a simple problem that we would have never figured out. We could have easily been taken advantage of because we were desperate to have it fixed. They were so professional, and got it done for us even though they were swamped. We were able to go back home and feel safe. What amazing customer service! Hard to find these days. My Mom lives down the street and I told her she can confidently take her car there if she ever needs work done!!!! Thank you!!

This was always just a place I would go for alignments, but other friends have come here for many other services. After dropping off or picking up and even waiting here with others, I have seen many times when the staff has really taken care of their customers, even saving money by not overselling when it wasn't in the customers best interests. I am convinced that this is a decent, honest shop.

The place is clean, the workers are honest,  and the front desk help are kind and genuine. Very trust worthy! Highly recommend.
