Chris was nice and professional. They got me in despite being busy and did not try and sell me on anything I didn't need. I would recommend this shop for muffler work.

I needed quick, quality and honest service and Chris and his team provided that for me. I had both calipers lock up on my F-150 and Chris was able to get me fixed back up and on the road within a few hours. He didn't try to oversell me, and I appreciated his honesty with what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Highly recommend this shop.

So long story short.  I took my 72 VW Bug into Midas about a year ago to have a starter put in.  They claim it was a wiring nightmare so they basically "rigged" it by putting in a $15 part and charging almost $100 in labor for this.  Now the starter, which I did not buy from them, is shot and I am having to pay someone to put a new one in.  Midas had my car for almost an entire month and never once called me about what was going on with it because apparently nothing was.  It took me several times calling before they finally did the work.  Midas obviously does not know how to work on 72 VW Bugs and what they should have done was call and tell me that it was a wiring nightmare and what their plan was to "go around" the issue to make it work.  They did not do this they just "rigged" it like I said before and charged me a ridiculous amount in labor to do this.  When I called today and spoke with Chris and told him of the issue he said that none of what has now happened is on Midas but I completely disagree.  Never, ever take a vehicle to Midas or if you do beware of what might happen.
