Don't do it they take forever and they don't have good customer appreciation

Everytime I go, I ended up waiting hours for work to be done.  The managers there never want to honor any warranty on their work.  Show them the warranty in writing and they say the warranties have changed.

I  have been to this place many times and decided to just give up. I believe the people that works here lie to you about things that "needs" to be fixed in your car to make a sale and upprice you for it. I needed my catalytic converter and pipelines changed. It was supposed to cost like a thousand dollars and something and I was willing to pay. Went I came back to pick up my car they only charged me 5 hundred and change. I was very disappointed when I heard they didn't do what they told me they would. I also looked under the car to see that the converter was actually used. Please save yourself the disappointment and take your business elsewhere. This isn't the first incident, there are many others. Plus there were many litigation opportunities. Another incident was when I told one of the crew that my check engine light was on. All he did was just use a device to turn the light off and didn't even bother to check the problem.

Go to Binghamton this store is the worst the to    Managers  that run this store do not know what they are doing I'm going to  corporate  and haveing a  Nice talk I have their names written down and I am very upset they tell you Yep it's on its way you'll be out of here in 20 minutes and when you're there for four tires you sit there for 3 1/2 hours after they said they already had them coming   Do not go to the store go to the Binghamton one   Store manager there is carmine  is by far the best
