We called and set up an appointment to have our windshield repaired while my husband was at work. When the technician got there, he removed the cracked windshield, then advised us because of a rust spot, he could not put the new windshield in. It had snowed the night before. So, we were left with his vehicle in a public place in freezing temperatures with NO windshield. That is how you handle your business? I understand that you may have policies that prohibit you from installing windshields if certain factors arise (which is strange, because the competition in the area laughed when we told them you wouldn't put in a new windshield due to a rust spot and told us promptly that they could take care of us with no problems), but to not advise us beforehand that there was a chance you would leave us high and dry with NO WINDSHIELD in our vehicle is so beyond unacceptable. At the very LEAST, give us a warning and have a tarp on hand or something so if it rained or snowed after you left us with no windshield in a public place with no roof/garage, our car wouldn't be completely ruined. I'm astounded at the unprofessionalism and the complete lack of caring about your "customer". We will never use your services again and will never refer anyone to use your company. After you left, the new company we contacted stayed late to get the windshield we needed (they did not have it in stock) and came to us before they even opened the next morning to put it in for us so we weren't left completely screwed over. THAT is how a company should do business.

Called my insurance company to get them to fix my windshield and Everytime they schedule an appointment for me they call me several hours before my appointment to cancel and come up with an excuse that it is raining or it is snowing if you don't do house calls for people with out a garage state that on your website and I would be happy to bring it to you. The manger was rude and talking over me and I don't think that is professional business when you are not going to listen to the customer. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE SAYING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
