We called from the highway about a noise my husband worried was coming from the tires. They made us an appt. and we stopped when we got to their exit. Everyone was very friendly: even a mechanic we passed in the parking lot greeted us. They checked everything out and sent us on our way with no charge! 

I've known businesses in those circumstances to automatically claim you need something they sell to "fix" your problem, knowing you won't be able to come back and complain if it isn't fixed. I was impressed with their honesty, and their kindness.

Took my truck in for a tire rotation and an oil change, something that should have taken an hour took three hours, the staff took it upon themselves to do a 21 point inspection and when I complained they took just as long putting everything back together.

Upon leaving this establishment my check engine light came on, I had a feeling that the one mechanic who I complained to may have done something to my truck so I took my ride to advanced auto to find out what the codes were, and the reader came up with 4 different issues, I had them reset the codes, just in case there was an error somewhere, 

And they popped right back up.
My mechanic was able to fix the issues without it costing me an arm and a leg, he mentioned that some of the hoses looked like they had been switched around, causing a vacuum leak.

I will do business elsewhere in the future,
Businesses that operate like this are pretty disappointing.

Nothing special here, in fact I'll be surprised if this garage even stays open more than a couple years. As cars were being worked on, one mechanic was lying on the ground in front of the garage. Not only on his side laying down but while smoking a cigarette and chatting with other mechanics under the cars. I sure wouldn't want one of my employees lounging out in the sun smoking a cigarette on the clock right where the 5 o'clock traffic drives by. Even took a few pictures if the owner is interested in seeing. I will NEVER take my car here and plan on telling friends the same. Why would you want lazy and negligent mechanics work on your car?
