Everything started out well, but then the only competent lender left the company, and I was handed over to someone who clearly had no business doing loans. He was so bad that he had to call the original lender almost every day just to figure out how to do his job. He kept digging up debts that I wasn't even responsible for (i.e. authorized user accounts that were opened when I was TWELVE and could not be responsible for), making up debts that didn't exist, and waiting until the credit report he pulled expired before deciding I was no longer eligible for a loan--which turned out to be false once I dropped him as my lender and went elsewhere. Terrible terrible customer service. Took days or weeks to request information that only took 5 minutes to turn in. My real estate agent, his broker, and the listing agent all agreed that the lender responsible for my account was being too shady to stay with. In short, do NOT go to this firm for a loan. Just don't. You will actually lose money waiting for these guys to finish your account.

This company is the worst! They were the lender for the buyer of the house I was selling. They totally screwed up everything by sending invoices to the closing company that were being paid for outside of closing. It was not there place to send invoices! This messed up the amount I was showing to net, since I had planned on paying for my repairs outside of closing, and made my funding take HOURS as my lender for my home has to rework everything. It has cost us hundreds of dollars due to having a moving company literally sitting in front of our new house doing nothing yet being paid by the hour!! And they sent their appraiser out late, causing a delay in closing to begin with. FURIOUS!
