First Choice Dental is very much a commercial enterprise. They are geared toward seeing many patients each day, and for the most part, they are efficient and orderly. Because they run at such a high volume, don't expect folks to know who you are. Be forewarned about strict appointment practices. While I've had to wait close to an hour or more in their waiting room because they got behind, they will cancel your appointment if you are ten minutes late--keep in mind the focus on high volume. 

The support staff can be spotty. It's not been uncommon for me to leave with one of my children only to need to return that day or shortly thereafter because something came lose or broke. In hindsight, I wish I would have chosen a more welcoming environment. Unfortunately, I'm locked into finishing up our orthodontic care there.

Loved my first visit! Very friendly staff and talked through everything that was happening and any recommendations. One of my best dentist experiences.

I switched to First Choice Dental after moving across town, and I'm glad I chose this location! The staff are kind and professional, and explained what they were doing (and why!) during each step of my new patient exam. I was in and out in hardly an hour with my next appointment booked before I left the chair. Great first experience here!

After our dentist of 25+ years retired, I shopped around and First Choice Dental seemed to be the best for us. They have all the dental needs covered within their system. I was very impressed from the very first time I walked in. I was having a problem and the got me in quickly. When I went for my first exam and needed a filling, they had a dentist available and offered me the option to do it then or reschedule. I have being dealing with Trigeminal Neuralgia and Dr. Penwell and Dr. Lee helped me determine my tooth pain was NOT related to any dental problems. Everyone I have dealt with from First Choice Dental Verona and Waunakee were excellent in their professionalism. Since I do not have dental Insurance, they also offered me their First Choice Dental Plan and it seems better that the dental plan my employer was offering.

Good consistent care, open at 7am which is convenient, and I've had positive experiences here for the past 2-3 years.  Thanks guys!
