I was looking for a dentist closer to my job, and a friend recommended No Fear. I'm so grateful. Dr. Caitlin is fantastic, really puts me at ease, and does very good work. My hygienist, Lisa, can't ever leave. I've never had a hygienist floss my teeth and not been sore afterward. She is meticulous and also gentle. I highly recommend this office. Everyone I've had contact with has been great, from check in to check out.

After not going to the dentist since sometime in college (I know...) I finally scheduled with No Fear Dentistry and have been extremely happy with their care. I had a bit of an urgent need for a root canal and Dr. Logan did a great job getting me in and making me comfortable throughout the procedure. I've also been back to get cavities filled and each time the staff is friendly, professional, and they go above to make the experience pleasant. I'm continuing to go back for routine dental care, all thanks to their great staff.

If you are at all nervous about going to the dentist, you should definitely check out Madison No Fear Dentistry. The staff are so friendly and genuinely get to know you and your preferences. Making sure you're comfortable and informed is their priority. I was anxious about having a wisdom tooth taken out and they never made me feel dumb for being nervous as an adult. With fantastic staff, warm neck wraps and Netflix to watch on the ceiling (plus a little laughing gas) I made it through no problem! They constantly think about ways to make appointments at the dentist more comfortable and pleasant. I actually look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend. :)

The Madison No Fear Dentistry office environment is a rare find. Everyone I encountered was warm and friendly and the team show support for one another and clearly like working there. I left a dentist appointment for the first time eager to return for the next (and I have avoided the dentist office for many years). Not only will this team alleviate any fears about your appointment, it was also a pleasure to see their teamwork in action. Well done!

This review is based solely on my initial assessment visit, and I hopefully will be able to update after my next few visits.  The people I interacted with were super nice and very detailed in explaining what they were doing, what my options were, and giving me as much detail as I needed to help me make my decisions.  I told my wife it was the best dental experience I've had my entire life at 48.
