I just had my first visit with Dr. Patton and I cannot say enough good things! Everyone I encountered was so kind and friendly! Dr. Patton did and extremely thorough job with the exam and explained everything that was happening so well, which I really appreciate! And, I got to watch HGTV during the cleaning portion, which was a great distraction from what is normally not a very pleasant experience.

I found this dental office's personal attention very refreshing. You never feel like "just a warm body" here, as I did in larger dental offices.  The order of my visit was a bit different than I was used to, but it was well communicated and no problem at all: The dentist did her exam prior to hygienist cleaning. Worked for me. I am excited to get my free custom forms of my teeth for free tooth-whitening-for-life!  WOW

I had my first appointment today and I really liked how friendly and thorough everyone was. I had about three different people work with me to get xrays, an exam, a cleaning, and molds of my teeth for a guard. It was calm and not rushed, and they even honored an expired promotion for an electric toothbrush. Happy to be a patient here.

Okay, let's be real - does anyone ever look forward to going to the Dentist? Well, prior to my appointment my answer was NO. I hate to admit it, but I had not been to the Dentist in over 5 years. I was terrified of going and the more time passed, the more embarrassed (and terrified) I was.....After visiting Verona Family Dental, if I were to answer this question again, "does anyone ever look forward to going to the Dentist" - my answer will be, YESSSS, I do! Not only were my fears quickly diminished, but they truly gave me an amazing patient experience from the second I walked in the door! Everyone truly took the time to make me feel like a valued patient, they listened to all of my concerns and addressed each concern individually! Not only were they SO knowledgeable, but they also worked so delicately to make this experience so comfortable and painless! Throughout the appointment, they stopped to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it, which was SO helpful. At the end of the day, I walked out of the door with shiny pearly whites and no longer having a fear of the Dentist. Thank you, Verona Family Dental - you guys are amazing! Until next time :).....

Super friendly and professional. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly without being too overbearing which was much appreciated. The unsolicited welcome package was unexpected and nice!
