Jon and Dawn Powell are both wonderful to work with. They know Knoxville like the back of their hand. They are very professional and they work so hard to find you just the right home. If you’re moving to Knoxville, Jon and Dawn go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are taken care of through the home buying process. I’ve never met anyone so dedicated to taking such great care of their clients. I could go on and on, but if you’re looking for a home in Knoxville, or you’re thinking about buying a home in Knoxville, Knoxville Real Estate Professionals is the only place to go!

My group performs administrative and marketing work for approx. 200 of the top real estate agents and brokerages in the area. Of these, only maybe 10% are what I would call "awesome." Jon is one of those guys. Regardless of the task, he will go above and beyond. He is easy to work with, communicates regularly, and treats his vendors with respect.
