More expensive than Uber by far, long wait for rides. Then charged for previous call for cab and excessive wait I found another ride. Dinosaur of transportation and bad service. May as well asked for a horse Carriage ride.

The dispatcher staff is rude, unprofessional, and most of all a bucket of a waste of moral life. They are lazy and illiterate. The little guy Donovan, you won't talk to a man in person like that. We should boycott yellow cab until they get a complete new staff.
