This is by far the most reliable pedicab company in New Orleans. I'm always able to get a ride by calling them. They're especially worth taking when there's a lot of traffic, because they can get us to where we're going faster than a car can. I highly recommend them.

Had a friend visiting recently. We'd had a few drinks and were looking to change our scenery from around the 5 block royal to Frenchman. Thought we'd do a fun ride on the bike. Bad mistake. Not 10 seconds from sitting in the seat did the young woman start lecturing us on the way we were sitting ('man-sitting' she called it) and how it somehow invoked body shaming or something. Very weird. At first I thought she was joking, because it was unprovoked, but as the ride continued and she got more agitated it was clear she wasn't kidding and this was not a fun time. We asked her to stop early and let us off. When she did, she claimed it was $1/person/block. I thought that was weird, because we might as well have taken two bike taxis for the same price. She then said, 15 blocks, that's 30$. (Remember when I said 5-block royal?) thinking we were getting swindeled, I protested that $30 was too much and we didn't even go 10 blocks. She said, "30$ plus tip." We offered her $20 (way more than reasonable), she offered to call the cops. Long story short: she got 30$ (no tip), a nice chance to go on a social-political rant, and a terrible review. I got an awful experience, the last bike-taxi of my life, and a warning against this service to anyone.

Noelle was fantastic! She was very professional yet friendly and made us feel right at home in New Orleans!

Patrick was a very nice guy and courteous. He made our first pedicab experience worth the price. We will definitely try them again.
