They've made me and several others at my address wait for hours and have threatened to stop sending cabs to our house because we weren't trying to wait 2+ hours for a ride we needed in 30. If I could give them less than one star, I definitely would. Dispatch is rude and bitchy and should be fired. I'm not paying them anymore of my money, I'd rather walk everywhere.

In desalate place like fort polk you can rest assured that you will wait an hour or more for a ride. They will reassure you 5 min but they are lies. Go with tnt they will give you honesty not BS and excuses.

Fully expect to be forgotten or wait at least 1 1/2. Prices are fair but with how long it takes you might as well walk.
