First watch is hands down the best breakfast restaurant period… the food is always absolutely delicious and gorgeous and tons of healthy choices also unbeatable customer service, we come here at least 4 times per month
Great place for brunch, the outdoor tables were a great spot although the heat was there, the fans guaranteed the breeze and great first experience. Food was amazing too, their half sandwich and soup combo was only $9.90 and the quality and flavor really impressed me! Great job guys!!
Great food and great service. Horrible parking but this place makes up for that headache. I had the Market Hash and Belgium Waffle which were delicious and filling! Definitely a return customer! Jenn was so great and accommodating with changing food requests. She was knowledgeable about recommendations too. Everything was so good. Highly recommend the salmon eggs Benedict and the fruit on the Florida French toast was very fresh. Most importantly, the coffee is strong. Mary was an excellent host and the food was it's normal excellent quality! Love the Shrimp and Grits! Wish it wasn't seasonal. The Pineapple Express was a perfect match for the spicy grits.
We arrived at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning. I wasn't sure how busy, but we were seated immediately. Coffee and juice arrived quickly. The coffee pot was kept on the table for a quick refill of the nice and strong coffee. Shortly after, our food arrived. The French toast had a slight crunch on the outside and so fluffy on the inside. The warm syrup was perfect. The Chickenchanga was a large tortilla wrapped around a combination of mixed eggs, chicken, chorizo, bell pepper, roasted onions, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and avocado. What a flavor combo. The other two dishes were Smoked Salmon Benedict and BLT Benedict. The ciabatta bread used in the Benedict was a great change from the normal English muffin. From the time ordered, to the time we finished because we were so hungry, it was only 30 minutes. Great food and the service was spot on! We will definitely be back!
The place is decent inside. The service was okay. Our waitress was nice and she did check on us. The food…ummmmmm no seasoning and my potatoes were not done enough for me. Grits would have been perfect if they had some flavor. French toast wasn’t good to me…just no type of “love” in the food man lol. Decent price for the food.
First Watch Winter Garden and some pancakes that really made the morning. Not usually a fan of the overly “healthied up” pancakes. But the Superseed Protein Pancakes at First Watch really worked for me. It is a multigrain pancake batter base, but has some hemp, sunflower seeds and Flax in there… But wait for it… With the bananas and blueberries on top and this yogurt and kinda syrup like butter as well as a hot berry sauce that is served on the side… it was very good. And not too much or too heavy afterwards. Great Service and my daughter loved the half waffle. The portions were just right and not too much for a kid.
This place has the worst imaginable breakfast choices. Who, pray tell, had the "brilliant" idea to serve salad with breakfast? Was there a meeting of the "minds" of First Watch wondering how to make the centuries classic breakfast even better? Soup perhaps? Salad? Yes! SALAD. with breakfast. Please. I'll take the second watch. The one where they serve normal breakfast. Coffee ok, not great. Skimpy portions. Waffle was the best part of it.
