Story

Originally founded in Salt Lake City in 1884, Fisher Brewing Company has returned as an employee owned, community-focused craft brewery. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, we serve fine ales and lagers in our brewery taproom and at limited locations in Salt Lake City. We are a 21 and over only establishment.

Great place to meet for good beer. I like the variety of food trucks, so the food menus are always changing. The brewers are also tending bar, and if it's not busy, they are super sociable. You can tell they love what you do, from the smile on their face all the way to the last swig of beer in your glass. I usually get a 32oz can of beer to take home, or fill my Growler for 8 bucks. You can't beat the price. So good to see Fishers opened again. A Utah Classic!

LOVE this brewery and tasting room. Great atmosphere and always tasty new beer flavors to try out and fun yard games on the back patio. Fisher is also just a great local company that supports other local small businesses, from their ingredients to their merchendise and the food trucks that are always outside. If you enjoy beer, this place is a must!

Great new SLC brewery. Great beer. Cool concept to have a food truck out back. The flagship beer is sold out most of the time, which is too bad as it's good. I'd give it five stars if they concentrated on keeping a few great beers in stock, versus trying too many rotators.

I absolutely love this place. Good atmosphere and delicious beer! So many different beers and all I have had are yummy. And it's nice that they have an on site food truck in case you get drunchies! Only down side is that if it gets crowded it's really loud.

Love this brewery. Great draft beer. Nice and cozy without loud music blasting overhead. The convenience of a different food truck everyday and great beer keep me coming back.
