Good experience, would purchase again from the store. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable. We purchased a Hoist V1 select series with the Leg press. It is a very nice piece of equipment. The store offered $279.00 to deliver and assembly it. I chose to assemble it my self. After assembling it myself I regret not paying the $279.00. I am very handy and had all of the tools needed but I was by myself. It took me 7 hrs no breaks. The instructions were very good. If I had to do it over again I would put my pride aside and pay to have it done. Very nice piece of equipment Highly recommend Hoist and Fitness Headquarters

Really appreciate how helpful Brandon was during our purchase!! I wasn't familiar with the workout equipment my son was wanting. I called the store and told the store manager (Brandon) my son had found what he wanted on the internet and he offered to review the information for me before I had even gone to the store. He promptly called me back and understood exactly what my son was wanting and had researched some options. My son and I went to the store, and he took the time talk through everything with us. Financially, was able to quickly get some interest free financing AND he explained how I could get the sales tax refunded to me. By submitting a prescription for the equipment, I got a check back for the sales tax (minus a $10 processing fee). Really appreciate the personal service at every step of the process!

Brandon the store manager really helped make this a unique buying experience. He answered all of my questions and gave me all of the time I needed in order to make the best choice of treadmill based on needs and budget. It is not very often you come across someone in a retail setting that actually cares. I would recommend the store and Brandon to anyone looking to improve their fitness and their life. side note: the delivery team that they use to deliver the treadmill and set it up made this an experience that I will not soon forget. I love this place! We have purchased all our home gym equipment from Ted. He is awesome, knows all the features of the equipment and is fabulous at narrowing down what works best for your needs. I completely trust Fitness HQ and Ted. Not only do you get the right equipment for your personal needs and space...they stand behind everything. If you have a question or an issue, they are more than willing to help. Highly recommend!!

Just the review from Dane and frankly, it doesn't compute. My experience with Ted Combs and fitness HQ has been exemplary. Ted has an ability to recommend the best solutions based on his years of experience. Especially like the fact he is not pushy.....doesn't "sell" you but consults with you. Highly recommend this store.
