Great vibes! This spin-class-only workout venue offers challenging yet fun full-body workout classes. (That's right, arms too!) Haven't had a bad instructor.

Tried a class here and while it's a great place....provides all the gear, nice people, really cool atmosphere, the classes weren't for me.  I felt more like I was dancing w/ all the  moves they have on the bike.
 Very nice people and very nice facilities, but just not the kind of spin class that I like.

I took my first class today with Amber, this place was so much better than I expected! The atmosphere was exciting, and all of the staff members were so helpful and friendly! I definitely will be coming back!

If you want to get in a fast-paced workout you're in luck and you get an added bonus with an attitude boost from the inspiring instructors. Sometimes it's the best 45 minutes of my day! 😀
