My wife and I recently joined this studio after being at another studio for 4 years.  Our first experience when we walked in was very welcoming from everyone.  We are both very experienced at yoga, and Jesica's class has been outstanding.  She is an awesome instructor that teaches to all levels.  She gives you multiple options for advanced poses, which we love!  She is very personable, and we are so happy to be part of the new southlake yoga family.

I love coming here everyday.  The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable, and I leave feeling so good.  I think what I like the most is that every class is designed for every level of student, so you always feel included.

Horrible service, this seemed more like a scam than a legit studio. Also, the studio smells pretty bad and needs a good cleaning.  yuck!

I joined Sunstone last week and have already attended 9 classes. I absolutely love the workouts, as well as the relaxation during and after classes. I am pregnant and each instructor has assisted with alternate positions to keep me as safe as possible while still getting the best workout possible. I am so glad I became a member and wish I had joined sooner!
