Fitzgerald's rocks for customer service for families!  Recently rented bikes from Fitzgerald's for a family of 8 (ages 7-75).  Dealt with Greta in renting the bikes.  She was extremely personable and had wonderful suggestions.  Given the size of the order and the difficulty in transporting them to our rental home, they made an exception and George, one of the owners, delivered them when we arrived and later picked them up.  George's warm, friendly, accommodating welcome to Jackson set the tone for the rest of our trip. Our family couldn't give him or Fitzgerald's a higher recommendation.  As I said, Fitzgerald's rocks.

After 5+ years with no problems with my bike, the valve on my tire tube was bent and wasn't taking air.  Brought it in and was told that I needed a new tube and also a new tire (even though the existing tire worked fine).  $50 later and I have a new tube and tire.  I bike less than a mile and the tire is totally flat.  I bring it back, they can't find a leak or evidence of a puncture yet they charge me for ANOTHER tube.  Will use someone else next time.

Great shop with awesome service.  I had some noise from the drivetrain,  and george help me out big time.  He took out the bike for a spin,  to feel it himself,  and he went patiently and professionally through all the usual suspects till we found the culprit. Then he even contacted a shop in west Yellowstone so they can order in advance a part i needed.  As i wrote- really great service.
